The temperature falls a little, but it is hot during the daytime and the average temperature is 24 °C (75 °F). Summer clothing is still appropriate but bring autumn clothing, such as a light sweater or a light coat in case the temperature drops. It rains less than the previous months, and the air is clear and clean.
The period from October to December is peak travel season in Zhuhai. October 1 to 7 is National Holiday week in China, and during this time many tourists crowd into Zhuhai. Hotel rates are often higher than usual and tourist attractions are crowded.
