A flight will take you to Xi'an. After arrival at hotel and short rest,you willlearn to make dumplings. Dumplings with meat and vegetable filling are very popular in Northern China. Your teacher will share some basic skills of dumpling making and then enjoy the fruits of your labor. You’re taken dinner here and sample of banquet and learn about the different dishes and meanings behind some of them.
The wonders continue with the Terracotta Warriors and Horses; many don’t know that each one is unique. An excellent museum and film give more insights, as will your private guide. If you would like to spend more time with the warriors and less in the museum, just let your guide know.

Today you get to cycle along Xian City Wall, on one of the oldest and most complete city defenses in China. If weather is not good, or you would prefer it, a visit to the Bell Tower is available. Riding or walking on the wall provides a great overview of the city and much of the old style roofing can still be seen.
The Great Mosque and the Xian's Muslim quarter, where the descendants of Silk Road traders live, is an exotic addition to the day. It really opens up Xi’an to a side of its history many travelers can miss, Xi’an’s link to the Silk Road.

The Panda Breeding and Research Center has a donation program which allows you take pictures with holding a panda one minute by donating RMB 2,000 Yuan (for reference only). Only 20 tourists are allowed to hold pandas a day. If you want to hold a panda, please tell your travel advisor or tour guide in advance because you must book it at least one week in advance.This program is subject to the availability of pandas on that day. Please bring enough RMB cash as payment by credit card is not accepted there.
