July is a wet month, as it rains a lot. The temperature is between 15 °C (59 °F) and 25 °C (77 °F), making this the most comfortable time of the whole year.
Short sleeves and shirts are adequate, and bring a light coat in case you are outdoors later at night. Bring an umbrella to keep you from the rain and the hot sun, and bring sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun.
