Transportation from Hongqiao Railway Station to the Airport

Hongqiao Railway Station is connected with Terminal 2 of Hongqiao International Airport. After you get of the train, walk by the signs for about 500 meters (647 yards) from the underground exit, then take elevator to the third floor, which is the departure hall of the airport. You need to walk 10 to 15 minutes from the railway station to the airport.

For passengers who need to go to Terminal 1 (domestic flights of Spring Airlines, international flights to Japan and South Korea), they need to take public bus No 941 to get to the airport.

Transportation from Shanghai Railway Station to the Airport

By taxi: Distance between the two is around 16 km. Taxi fare varies from 50 to 70 yuan on different traffic conditions.

By bus: Take public bus No 941 from Shanghai Railway Station. It will pass more than 15 stops, and take 2 hours at the most. This is an economic way.

Bus

Buses are running regularly between different destinations in the city. Passengers can take buses 925, 938 and 806 to and from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.
