Day 1Arrive in Beijing | Airport Transfer

Your private guide will be ready to meet and greet you upon arrival. A comfortable private car (non-smoking) with an experienced driver will transfer you directly to your hotel. Your guide will help you check-in.

Day 2Beijing | Forbidden City and Taichi Lesson
Breakfast & Lunch

In the largest park in Beijing - the Temple of Heaven, you will be able to practice Tai Chi in the morning under the guidance of your teacher. First, full illustration of Tai Chi by a Tai Chi master. Second, demonstration by Yang Style Tai Chi master. Third, tutor to learn Tai Chi Quan. Last, you will have the chance to compete doing Tai Chi after class.

Enjoy a traditional Beijing lunch at a local Roast Duck restaurant.

Exploring Tiananmen Square, the world's largest public square. And then visit the majestic Forbidden City, and discover the ancient Chinese imperial architecture. Your knowledgeable tour guide will explain historical stories related to the emperor and help you uncover the secrets of royal architecture.

Day 3 Beijing | Great Wall and Hutong Family Visit
Breakfast & Lunch

After 1.5 hours' drive from downtown Beijing, you will reach the Mutianyu Great Wall. This is the most child-friendly section of Great Wall. A 2½-kilometer section was fully restored in 1986. Take the cable car up to save time and energy. At the Wall, you have about 2 hours of free time to walk around. Finally, slid down from the Great Wall through a zip-line like a kung fu warrior.

Visit a local family living in a hutong courtyard for generations. Experience the hobby of the host, calligraphy or paper cutting and taste the yogurt loved by locals living in hutong.

Day 4Beijing to Luoyang | Summer Palace and Bullet train
Breakfast & Lunch

Be amazed by the imperial garden at the Summer Palace. It was originally the imperial court's summer retreat, and still makes a nice place to escape the heat of summer.

Get ready to race towards Luoyang on a high-speed train, which is a good way to experience the technological development of China.

Day 5 Luoyang | Leaning Shaolin kung Fu
Breakfast & Lunch

Shaolin Temple is probably the most famous temple in China, not only because of its long history and its role in Chinese Buddhism but also because of its martial arts or Wushu. In addition to touring the temple, you'll also have the chance to enjoy a Kung Fu show performed by the monks in the courtyard.

After the show, step into a quiet courtyard. Your "Master Shifu" might be standing under the eaves, waiting for you. Learn a set of kung fu moves from a monk right there in the temple. Feel the spirit of Chinese kung fu and the atmosphere of Zen. Let Chinese kung fu awaken the bravery and strength in your heart.

Day 6Luoyang to Xian | Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple
Breakfast & Lunch

The Longmen Grottoes is known for its intricate Buddhist sculptures and statues carved into limestone cliffs along the Yi River. The grottoes date back to the Northern Wei Dynasty (316-534 AD) and contain over 100,000 statues and 2,800 inscriptions.

The White Horse Temple is the first Buddhist temple in China. Built in the 1st century AD, it is a significant site in Chinese Buddhist history and is considered the cradle of Chinese Buddhism. The temple got its name from two white horses that were sent as a gift from the western regions to the Han emperor.

Take a bullet train to Xian un the late afternoon.

Day 7Xian | Terracotta Army and Local Snacks
Breakfast & Lunch

Visit the awe-inspiring Terracotta Army, an archaeological wonder found in the mausoleum of the First Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. Marvel at the thousands of meticulously crafted warriors and horses, each bearing unique details.

The Ancient City Wall in Xi'an is a key landmark offering panoramic views of the city. Bike along the top of the wall to get a sense of the city's history and enjoy a unique perspective of Xi'an.

All local snacks of Xi'an are gathered at the Muslim Quarter. You get the opportunity to try them, such as Chinese hamburger, Bread Soaked in Mutton Soup.

Day 8 Xian to Shanghai | Cooking Dumplings and Making Traditional Handicrafts
Breakfast & Lunch

Explore the grandeur of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a major Buddhist site. The elegant brick pagoda stands in the grounds of the attractive Da Ci'en Temple.

Visit a local people's home and learn to make dumplings from the host. Learn some basic skills of dumpling making and experiencing local culture. Enjoy the fruits of your labor at lunch.

Walk on a cultural street factually restored in the style of ancient architecture. And make your traditional handicrafts in a workshop. Choose one among paper cutting, rubbing, weaving Chinese knots, and shadow play.

Your personal driver and guide will escort you to the airport to catch your flight to Shanghai in the evening.

Day 9Shanghai | Shanghai Highlights and Chinese Martial Arts Museum

Learn about the history and culture of Chinese kung fu at the Chinese Martial Arts Museum.

Yuyuan Garden is typical Chinese classic architecture and style. The complex covers an area of 2 hectares, with rockeries, pavilions, ponds and corridors.

Stroll along the historic Bund in Shanghai, a vibrant waterfront promenade that encapsulates the city's rich heritage and modern allure.

Crossing the Huangpu River through the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel. Ascend to the observation deck of Shanghai Tower, and get unparalleled panoramic views of Shanghai's bustling metropolis.

Day 10 Departure
Breakfast

After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, your guide and driver will make sure you get to the airport on time and without any stress. Say goodbye to China and take the lovely memories home.
