Hong Kong-Guangzhou Trains

Written by FabioUpdated Mar. 1, 2024

Traveling between Hong Kong and Guangzhou has never been easier and more convenient than taking the high-speed train. With up to 38 pairs of trains operating daily from West Kowloon (西九龙站) to either Guangzhou South (广州南站) or Guangzhou East (广州东站), passengers can select the most suitable departure time for their journey. The fastest train takes only 45 minutes to finish the 170 kilometers' trip. A second class seat ticket costs US$30, while a first class seat ticket costs US$48

However, it's important to note that train tickets sell out rapidly during the Canton Fair and it's always best to book well in advance to avoid any inconvenience. If you plan to attend the Autumn Canton Fair 2024 (October 15th to November 4th), we highly recommend booking your train tickets as soon as possible.
