Beijing Snacks At Yao Restaurant Video

Located near the Drum Tower, the Yao restaurant has been run by a Yao family in Beijing for over 30 years. It serves some Beijing traditional snacks; the most famous snack of the restaurant is stewed liver and large intestine thickened with a mixture of cornstarch and water.On August 18th, 2011, US Vice President Biden visited Yao Restaurant, after that it became more popular.
