Nanluogu Xiang is one of oldest courtyard areas in Beijing. Ancient courtyard constructions of the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368–1911) are well-preserved. Today you can eat a miscellany of food, from German waffles to crepes, Mongolian, Tibetan,or Qinghai yoghurt, fish and chips, and cheap alcohol. Or you can fork out for toys, trendy T-shirts, ceramics, and much more.
