There are less crowds and much less rain before the heat of summer. The old buildings in this area have been preserved. Wulong Karst: This famed natural park has large caves and three natural stone bridges. It is four hours from Chongqing. It is World Heritage Listed. April is a good time to go for hiking and touring before the heat and heavy rain of summer.
