Hi Theresa,
Hi Theresa,
As the capital of Tang Dynasty, Chang'an owns the area of 83.1 square kilometers, which is more than today's. The Large and Small Wild Goose Pagodas are included in it. They are the symbols of Chang'an.
Check out our websites to get more information about Chang'an (today's Xi'an) : http://www.chinahighlights.com/xian/xian-travel-guide.htm

I am reading the book, Salt: A World History. It tells much about the development of salt as a food and economic entity in ancient China. Do you have any maps that might relate to this history?

Hi Beverly, I have not found any map related to the development of salt as a food and economic entity in ancient China, after I have done a lot search on the internet. I guess you can make a new one, which will stop a gap on this theme.
