Gemeinsam mit Jenny Yang habe ich drei Tage die wundersch?ne Stadt Xi'an erkundet und bin mit tollen Entdeckungen weitergefahren. Jenny's Wissen der historischen und aktuellen Bedeutung der Region für deren Entwicklung hat mich begeistert. Temperamentvoll und engagiert lie? sie mich auch am authentischen Leben in der Stadt teilnehmen, dadurch hatte ich wundervolle Begegnungen mit interessanten Menschen. Meine Ispiration Xi'an nochmals zu besuchen und wieder mit Jenny Yang Neues zu entdecken, habe ich mit nach Hause genommen. Mein Programm waren, Die gro?e Wildganspagode, die Terrakotta Armee, das muslimische Vietel, die Stadtmauer, die Dynastie Show und viele kleine Begegnungen haben mir bleibende Erinnerungen geschenkt, dafür herzlich Dank Barbara

My friends and I are here to celebrate a couple of birthday's one being a big special one. Visiting Xi’an was an unforgettable experience, made truly exceptional by our incredible tour guide Crystal . From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure every moment was seamless and special. Nothing was ever too much trouble—her kindness, deep knowledge of the city’s vast history, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed and cared for, we had a great laugh with her, my friend gave her a new name, "Pocket Rocket " she was so fast and got things done. Thanks to her, we not only saw the sights but truly connected with the culture. I would % recommend her to anyone visiting Xi’an, I doubt you'd find a more dedicated or thoughtful guide. She's passionate and thoroughly enjoys her job.

My partner and I had an amazing 3 days in Xian thanks to our great tour guide Jerry, who showed us the wonderful sites. He was very knowledgeable, chatty and has a great sense of humour making the trip fun and memorable. Jerry very quickly learned that we are foodies, during our food tour he selected some delicious treats for us to try.

Wir waren in Xi'an ganz kurz im Rahmen einer Rundreise, die wir mit der Hilfe der Agentur China Highlights organisiert haben. Dank unserer Reiseleiterin Jenny Yang hatten wir eine tolle, interessante und stimmungsfolle Führung zu der Terrakotta Armee und haben an gleichem Abend noch andere sch?ne Seiten der Stadt kennen gelernt. Die kurze Aufenthalt hat bei uns so einen sch?nen Eindruck hinterlassen, dass wir sehr gerne nach Xi'an wieder reisen würden!

I'm so happy to travel in China for 21 days with China Highlights! My two days with Lin, my guide in Xi'an, were wonderful. She welcomed me with a great kindness at the huge Xi'an train station and showed great sense of service. She speaks an excellent English and taught me a lot about the Terracotta Warriors. We also visited different parts of Xi'an before heading to the airport. Thank you so much, Lin, you are an excellent guide ??

Susan of China Highlights was a terrific guide. She knew the best entrance for seeing the Terra Cotta Warriors, helped us get Hanfu costumes at reasonable cost and gamely took photos for us, secured tickets to a wonderful Camel Legend show about the Silk Road, took us to an interesting heritage museum to learn about the Tang Dynasty, and as a special treat, introduced us to local residents and their activities. At her suggestion, we also went to the right part of town at night to enjoy the old city wall lighted up.

As part of our China Highlights Tour my wife and I spent 2 nights and one full day in Xi’an. What a day it was! Guide Jenny and a driver picked us up early at our hotel and during the hour drive out to see the Terra Cotta Warriors Jenny explained the history of Xi’an and the region. She is highly knowledgeable and speaks English perfectly clear. Once there she gave us a thorough tour. We continued discussion at lunch before going to see a show, then to a tour of the Xi’an City Wall and finished the day with snacks at the Muslim Quarter. Jenny never lost energy and gave us more than our money’s worth. Very highly recommended!

Our trip to Xian was fantastic. Our guide Sherry and the driver where both Great. They accommodated our early morning starts. Sherry was very knowledgeable on all things Xian. Our driver was lovely and always picked us up with a smile. Sherry took us to amazing restaurants, we loved the food and all the history she was able to tell us.

Had a memorable experience in Xian thanks to Jerry our tour guide. Very knowledgeable, witty, fun and jovial guide. He's also a foodie which meshed with our personality perfectly. We finished our tour with a big bowl of noodles suggested by Jerry. Generally our experience has been great and we look forward to returning one day.

Nach Beijing folgte Xi'an als zweite Station auf unserer Chinareise. Um es vorweg zu nehmen: Es ist ein ?u?erst interessantes Land. Wir sind begeistert! dazu hat auch Jenny Yang beigetragen. Sie begleitete uns 3 Tage durch Xi'an. Wir sahen die Terrakottaarmee, den Konfuzius-Tempel, die Stadtmauer, die Wildganspagode und als Besonderheit besuchten wir ein Showtheater mit einem Stück zur Geschichte der alten Seidenstra?e. Sehr aufschlussreich! Jenny hat uns in sehr gutem Deutsch die Geschichte ihrer Stadt nahe gebracht. Ihre Begeisterung für die chinesische Kalligraphie hat uns angesteckt. Wir k?nnen die 2500 Schriftzeichen nicht lesen, haben aber dazu gro?en Respekt und Anerkennung bekommen. Die Reisebegleitung war sehr, sehr gut.

We had beautiful, experience in Xi'an, all made possible by our awesome guide Ken. He organized our tour, allowing us seeing all the major attractions, like: Terracotta Army, Muslim district and the city wall. Ken's incredible knowledge and passion, made our trip exceptional. His excellent recommendations for authentic local restaurants ensured every meal was grate. Thanks to his organizational skills allowed of having free time in the afternoon to also visit the city on our own. For an amazing journey in Xi'an, Ken is the guide to choose.

Excelente experiencia la visita a Xi'an, nuestro guía ANTONIO fue excepcional, muy informativo, con mucho conocimiento de la historia y la ciudad, atento, muy diligente y servicial, con excelente dominio del idioma espa?ol. La ubicación del hotel muy buena.

Viaje a China organizado por China Highlights, en Xi'an estuvimos dos días pero con nuestro guía Antonio fue toda una experiencia, siempre atento, sonriente, nos aconsejo una obra a la que fuimos y nos encantó, siempre pendiente de nosotros y con anécdotas muy divertidas. Si va a Xi'an que sea con Antonio es totalmente recomendable.

Grossartiges Reisebüro das die Touren individuell zusammenstellt. Wir haben gesagt was wir sehen wollen und unsere Ansprechsperson Tutu hat sich darum gekümmert. In Xi'an hatten wir Ken, einen ausgezeichneten Reiseleiter mit grosser Liebe für "seine" Stadt. Er hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und wir werden sicher wieder mit ihm Kontakt aufnehmen sollten wir je wieder in Xi'an sein

We had a wonderful experience exploring Xi’an over the past two days, all thanks to our amazing tour guide, Susan Yang. From the moment we arrived, Susan took excellent care of us, making sure everything ran smoothly and comfortably. Her deep knowledge of Xi’an’s rich history—especially the ancient city and the Terracotta Warriors—really brought the past to life for us. She shared fascinating stories and insights that made each site even more meaningful. Susan also recommended some fantastic local restaurants, allowing us to enjoy authentic Xi’an cuisine, which was a highlight of our trip. We had the most unforgettable family trip to Xi’an, thanks to our amazing tour guide Susan and our wonderful driver Shi. From the moment we arrived, Susan made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. She’s not just a tour guide, she truly works from the heart. You can see how much she cares about every little detail and how deeply involved she is in her job. Susan went above and beyond, translating, guiding, helping, and even surprising us with little gifts along the way. When we faced a sudden health issue and had to go to the hospital, Susan didn’t hesitate for a second. She came with us, stayed by our side for hours,even long past her working hours,offering comfort, translating everything, and making sure we were okay. It meant the world to us. And all this time, Shi, our driver, patiently waited for us without a single complaint.from the bottom of our heart, thank you Susan and Shi for making our trip so memorable and nice. Hope to see Susan soon, in China, Morocco, or any part of the world.

Jerry was our tour guide. Courteous, Professional, outstanding and top notch in every aspect! Tom was our driver. Courteous and Professional! Excellent driving skills. We felt safe the entire tour.

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. Lin notre guide est vraiment très professionnelle. Elle se plie en 4 pour rendre le séjour très agréable. Elle est très à l’écoute des besoins de ses clients , son anglais est parfait , ses explications passionnantes. Je la recommande très vivement.

Wir haben im Wyndham Grand Xian South Hotel übernachtet. Ein überaus ger?umiges und sauberes 5 Sterne Hotel. Es gab keine Kritikpunkte. Unsere Reiseleiterin Nicole ist eine überaus sympathische und kompetente Person, die uns eine unvergessliche Zeit in Xian geschenkt hat. Die Terrakotta Armee ist sehr beeindruckend! Ebenso die Stadtmauer, auf der wir eine tolle 14 km lange Fahrradtour hatten.

i'an hat uns mit seinen bedeutenden Kultursch?tzen, den arch?ologischen Pr?sentationen und imposanten historischen Bauten sehr begeistert. Durch die fachkundige Führung von Lisa hat sich uns eine reiche Kultur erschlossen und immer wieder gab es besondere Momente. Der Aufenthalt war im wahrsten Sinne auch ein Genuss, denn die regionale Küche war hervorragend! Aber nichts übertrifft die berühmte Terrakotta-Armee, die uns sehr beeindruckt hat! Vielen Dank!

We just finished our 3 night stay in Xi’an, under the expert care of Mervyn from China Highlights. She was extremely knowledgeable of this ancient city and surrounding area, and we felt well taken care of under her guidance. She always made sure we were comfortable with the pace of the tour, bathroom breaks as well as having cold water and snacks between her excellent restaurant recommendations. She went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations on every point. We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and were surprised with roses to our room, and memorable gifts from the city on our walking tour, specifically a beautiful fan, she had the artist personalized with a message on the back as well as our names. She also arranged for us to see a show in the evening, where we were presented with a gift and special ceremony from the actors, just prior to the show. Just an unforgettable memory for us. We’ve loved our trip so much, and plan to return and spend more time in this beautiful city, and would highly suggest to any others coming for a visit, to request Mervyn as your guide, as you will be well taken care of by her. Crystal was our guide in Xi’an, our stop to see the Terracotta Warriors, as part of a 12 day tour in China. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, fun-loving and professional the whole we were together. She took great care of us and was considerate to our needs. It was obvious that she wanted to share all the local culture and foods with us as well as the sights. We had a great time with Crystal.
