Weather: May is one of the best months to visit Wuhan because the temperatures are warm, rainfall is not heavy, and park highlights are beautiful. East Lake Park: This extensive park covers 88 square kilometers and is known for its big gardens, trees, and the big lake. The main garden area is at Mo Hill with 13 different gardens. Mo Hill's cherry tree garden is regarded as one of China's best.

Learn at Hubei Provincial Museum

Hubei Provincial Museum: Hubei's main museum is right on the shore of East Lake in the park. It is Wuhan's favorite foreign tourist attraction because of the quality of the ancient artifacts, the size and quality of the museum building and its surroundings, and the ancient music performances. It is one of China's best museums. Much English language is used for foreign visitors.
