Currently, two pairs of high-speed trains run between Chengdu and Fuzhou, and the timetable for one of these pairs is being adjusted by China Railway. Generally speaking, the new schedule should be issued in 15 days. If your budget is limited, there is also an overnight Z train.

Travel Tips
1. Considering the long journey duration on high-speed trains and the expensive ticket prices, we recommend you consider the Z trains that run between Chengdu and Fuzhou.
2. You can also consider taking a flight. Six pairs of flights operate between Fuzhou and Chengdu every day and the journey duration is about 3 hours. The full airfare is about 1,915 CNY (US$274).
